Receiving USD or bitcoin from another Lava Vault

1. Select the up and down Arrow icon at the bottom of your screen to navigate to our “Send” feature.

2. Tap the icon on the top right to access your unique Lava Vault QR code and address in both bitcoin and dollars.

3. Have this screen open to receive the USD and bitcoin from another Lava Vault.

Sending USD or bitcoin to another Lava Vault

1. Select the up and down Arrow icon at the bottom of your screen to navigate to our “Send” feature.

2. Here you can send any USD or bitcoin you hold within Lava to another Vault.

3. Enter the amount you wish to send and the currency in which to send it.

4. Select “Send” which will take you to a screen that allows you to scan the QR Code of the Lava Vault you wish to send your holdings to if you’re sending in person or enter the address if sending remotely.

Withdraw your USD or bitcoin to a bank

1. Select “Dollars” and navigate to “Withdraw to Bank”

2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and add in your bank account.

3. Select “Continue” and wait 1-5 minutes for the withdrawal to transfer.

• Do you have any withdrawal fees?

  There is a 1% exchange fee that occurs when you withdraw to your bank account.

• How long does it take for my deposit to show up in my Lava Vault?

  This entirely depends on the BTC network but it should not take longer than a day. If it takes longer, please email hello@lava.xyz for support.

• What withdrawal methods are supported?

  You can withdraw to any bank that takes in USD or Euro currency.

• How long do withdrawals typically take?

  1 - 5 minutes. If your withdrawal is taking longer than normal, please contact hello@lava.xyz to diagnose the problem.

• Are there limits on how much I can deposit or withdraw?

  There are no limits to how much you can deposit or withdraw.

• How do I convert USD back to fiat currency?

  You can do this by withdrawing to your bank account.
